Will my pictures come out clear and beautiful?

Absolutely! Your photos will print exactly as you uploaded them, with no loss of quality. It works perfectly even with pictures taken on a phone or iPhone.

Most of our customers are actually surprised by how sharp and vibrant their albums look the print quality often exceeds their expectations.

We only work with top-tier local printers to guarantee a stunning, professional finish every time.

Where do I enter my promo code?

You’ll be able to enter your promo code or gift card at the next step of checkout, right before payment.

There will be a dedicated box to apply your code easily.

How long does delivery take?

Once your album is printed (within 4 working days), it’s shipped and delivered within a maximum of 10 days

Usually faster. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow it every step of the way.

Is the paper good quality?

Yes, we’ve carefully tested multiple printers and paper types to select the best.

The inside pages are printed on 170 g/m² glossy photo paper, which makes the colors vibrant, the details sharp, and gives that real “photo lab” feel you want when holding your memories in your hands. It’s the perfect finish for bright, vivid travel moments.

Can I edit my album after ordering?

Unfortunately, no. Once you place your order, it’s automatically sent to the closest local printer to start production right away.

That’s why it’s important to double-check your album before completing your purchase edits can’t be made afterward.

Will I get tracking for my order?

Yes, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your album is shipped. It lets you follow your order through every stage until delivery.

If you don’t receive your tracking link, simply send us a message at lisa@souvence.com, and we’ll send it to you manually or update you on your parcel’s status.
