How long does delivery take?

Once your album is printed (within 4 working days), it’s shipped and delivered within a maximum of 10 days

Is the paper good quality?

Yes, we’ve carefully tested multiple printers and paper types to select the best.

Can I edit my album after ordering?

Unfortunately, no. Once you place your order, it’s automatically sent to the closest local printer to start production right away.

That’s why it’s important to double-check your album before completing your purchase edits can’t be made afterward.

Will I get tracking for my order?

Yes, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your album is shipped. It lets you follow your order through every stage until delivery.

If you don’t receive your tracking link, simply send us a message at lisa@souvence.com, and we’ll send it to you manually or update you on your parcel’s status.
